On top of all that, be sure to take advantage of membership perks such as gifts or free food.

Find out the cost of your local plan.

Slimming World is about as inexpensive as diet clubs, with local clubs typically charging around £30 per month. You’ll have to pay an additional fee if you decide to participate in weekly weigh-ins, which can range from £1 to £2. This fee doesn’t apply to registered dieters who manage their accounts online.
